Keep the Money in Nebraska is back.
In 2020, Nebraskans came together around a simple idea: If Nebraskans are going to spend money on gaming, those dollars should stay here — supporting our state, our communities and our taxpayers.
Now, that conversation continues.
Today, the Nebraska Secretary of State officially certified both online sports wagering petitions for the November ballot. That means Nebraska voters will have the opportunity to decide whether to bring regulated online sports wagering to our state.
Keep the Money in Nebraska is returning to help make the case for why Nebraska should stop sending sports wagering dollars across state lines and start keeping the economic benefits here at home.
Over the coming months, we’ll share the facts about online sports wagering, what the ballot measures would do and what they could mean for Nebraska.
