NAMI Nebraska Connection Recovery Support Groups

This is a free, peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.

Happy Pride Month!

NAMI Nebraska recognizes that members of the LGBTQ+ community are more likely to struggle with their mental health or have existing struggles worsened by their identity or coming out.

To address this, every other Thursday of each month from 6-7pm, we host our Q***r & Trans Connection support group for adults over 18. They're free to attend, confidential, and structured so everyone's voice is heard.
