My daughter Risa works for this wonderful organization . . .

Creative tools are one of our favorite items for making art! Unique objects can be used to make art and support our clients as they explore their creativity and provide cognitive stimulation. We are excited to share these supportive tools for creativity which open unique possibilities for experimentation and self-expression.

During a group painting session, two of our clients used foam tubes to hold their paint brushes. These tubes help support clients who are challenged by limited wrist or hand mobility, making the brushes easier to hold and move. This made painting more accessible to our clients, especially when painting with smaller brushes that have a thin handle. 

With the support of these foam tubes, our clients were able to paint independently for the first time!

The last couple of years have taught me that when it is our time to leave this world no one can stop it. We have one life to live.
The material things we invest in are left behind only to be discarded. Memories are important to me. I'm going to start a "reunion of friends". The idea is to see who reads a post without a picture. If no one reads my post, this will be a very short experiment.
