A couple of neighborly reminders!
-Our neighborhood pool is hosting a Yogurtini fundraiser on September 15th! There was a typo in the most recent newsletter that is being circulated now. To support this neighborhood gem, even if you aren’t a member, please visit the Eastridge Pool page and give them a follow! Also, come have some Fro-Yo on September 15th!
-Eastridge Elementary School PTO is hosting their fall fundraiser now through September 18th. Children are not encouraged to go door-to-door but some may choose to do so to share with their neighbors. Please be neighborly. Slow down while driving. Be courteous to anyone who may ring your bell—even if you don’t make a purchase, kids are learning many social skills by talking to their neighbors! You are still supporting our neighborhood and neighborhood public school by being a kind neighbor! -Slow down out there! We’re seeing lots of reports from neighbors about speedy drivers 💨🏎️💨 this is an agenda item for upcoming meetings as we assess data from our recent speed monitor on Randolph and collaborate with neighbors and city representatives to remain solution focused. In the meantime, we can all do our part to model safe driving behavior, report to appropriate authorities when warranted, and stay motivated to make positive change!
