You are invited to attend our June General Meeting Tuesday June 23rd, at the clubhouse at noon. Each month, our meetings feature a delicious luncheon and dessert, an engaging theme, and an informative program.

This month's guest speaker will be Victoria Curtis from RRUFF Healing Heroes. Victoria will share how their organization helps disabled veterans and first responders through the life-changing benefits of canine-assisted therapy. Their work provides support, healing, companionship, and renewed independence for those who have sacrificed so much in service to others.

It was quite an exciting meeting this month! Maureen Volzer presented scholarship awards to four of the five young ladies selected from our three local high schools. The recipients attended the meeting along with their guests, making the occasion even more special.
It was also Potters Month! With Opening Day just around the corner, we all "Pottered Up" and enjoyed a festive afternoon complete with hot dogs, popcorn, and delicious desserts.
Our guest speaker this month was Gary MacDonald from Stand Up Placer. He provided an informative and eye-opening presentation on the realities of domestic violence, s*xual assault, and s*x trafficking occurring in our communities—often right under our noses. His presentation was both educational and thought-provoking.

Guests enjoyed delicious sweet and savory treats, beautiful decorations, and a fabulous fashion show featuring casual and dressy fashions from the thrift shop in Auburn. 👒💐✨

🌼 Woman’s Club Monthly Highlights 🌼
The Woman’s Club enjoyed an engaging and informative meeting this past Tuesday. We were pleased to welcome Cassidy Taganucci of Placer Protect, who presented an eye-opening talk on the many scams and frauds targeting seniors today. She shared valuable resources and took time to answer a wide range of thoughtful questions from our members. We added 4 new members this month! Welcome to Kim, Susan, Carol and Donna!
