🚨 FREE Softball Camp – Fall Classic 2025! 🚨
We’re thrilled to announce our first-ever Higher Performance FREE Softball Camp at the Sandhills Global Youth Complex on September 18th from 6–9 PM! ✨

At Higher Performance, our mission is simple but bold: to make youth sports free, accessible, and transformative for every child in our community. This camp is more than just a one-day event — it’s the beginning of what we hope will become a long-lasting tradition of free softball opportunities for kids of all ages.

Come sharpen your skills with current collegiate athletes and experience the energy, teamwork, and growth that sports are meant to bring — all at no cost to you.
8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U athletes are welcome!

Why do we provide clinics/teams for free?

Thanks for asking! Our founder, Adam Schiltz, puts it best:

“I don’t believe I can take full credit for the skills I developed, the knowledge I gained, or the mentorship I received through collegiate and professional football. I absolutely take ownership of the hard work and dedication I put into mastering those areas—but I can’t claim ownership over the time and investment others poured into me as both a player and a person.

I also take ownership of the times I didn’t work hard, listen to my mentors, and chose selfishness over selflessness.”

The truth is, all of that—every coach, mentor, opportunity, and lesson—was a blessing from God. I believe He placed the right people in my life at the right time to shape me not just as an athlete, but as a man.

At Higher Performance, we want to be that same kind of blessing for young athletes. We give freely because God gave freely to us. You don’t have to earn it first—we’re here to serve, support, and help you become the best you can be, just like others did for us.

A lot of people helped me, but ultimately, it was God working through them. Now, we’re honored to let Him work through us.

We’re beyond thankful and amazed by the success of our spring clinics so far!
We’ve already hosted 6 free clinics, welcoming 150+ athletes and 30 dedicated coaches — all coming together to help young athletes grow their skills and knowledge of the game. And this is just the beginning!

We’ve got 24 more FREE clinics lined up between now and the end of July — that’s 60+ hours of elite training available to help athletes sharpen their craft before the season kicks off.

What makes these clinics special?
We’ve got a coaching lineup that includes former NFL players, collegiate athletes, high school coaches, youth coaches, and youth mentors — all united with one goal: your athlete’s growth.
