Do you relate to....feeling tired of being cooped up and looking for personal growth, more success, AND a trip of a lifetime?

I have been traveling to Kenya for over 12 years now and I consider this to be my second home. In Kenya, I have amazing connections that I trust to ensure an amazing experience for anyone who would love to join me there at the end of the summer!

There will be a 12 person maximum capacity for the trip so we can cultivate an intimate group that fosters trust and authenticity, as everyone dives deep to create NEW patterns for more success and a foundation for positive life-changing habits. We will also spend time giving back!

This is the trip you have been dreaming of, and maybe you didn't even realize it until now. This will be a DYNAMIC trip, and you hear more about that at my website.

The plan had seemed so simple when it was hatched in their mom’s basement. But as the plane was landing in Nairobi, the scabby ground growing closer, 18-year-old Zane leaned over to his twin brother and said, “Jake, what are we going to do?”

THE BIG PICTURE We are heading back to do more volunteer work in Kenya, October 2018! This project is to support a Kenyan primary school we visited last year. An experienced farm manager will join our team to cultivate the land to grow crops and train the school's students during the farm's d...

12 projects completed!

That means thousands of lives have a chance to avoid dieing from typhoid and cholera. And not just for the next couple days or months. But potentially the current young Maasai's children. The oldest unit in a community has been working for 10 years so far and typhoid has been eradicated from that area. Thank you S.W.I.M. For Him and David Spencer for partnering with us to bring people safe drinking water! I know this is only the beginning.

Today is the last official day of the project site visits and presentations! We have split into two teams to cover more ground. After today we will have completed our 12 sites, and we even fit in an extra site yesturday.

This has been an amazing journey! And there is a lot more to do! I've been offered possible funding to do an education and water project at the Massai Mara for a school. I'll be spending this next week scoping it out! More updates are still to come!

Another successful day in more Massai communities! We went to Mosiro yesturday and we were blessed to have a council member of the Kajiado Parliament join us for the journey and introduce our team. We are making great connections and everyday things seem to come together in amazing ways - above and beyond my expectations. A few moments ago we finished the project at Kibiko and now we are headed to Ewauso! We are working hard to finish all 12 locations this week!

We've been covering a lot of ground! The communities we are helping span a wide area of Kajiado County. And counties in Kenya are not like American counties! The progress farthest apart are around 7 hours away from eachother. With good roads! The roads are just a part of the adventure here! Luckily we have an amazing driver, Eliude, and it has been a smooth time in Kenya overall. Right now we are headed to a community near Kimana. Almost there!

The project is in full force! Our team is in Kenya! Our simple water units from "S.W.I.M. for Him" with David are making a big impact!

Morrice is from the Kenyan-Uganda border. He has been inspiring to the people in the communities we serve. The same water unit we are bringing to the Massai people, was also brought to his village 7 years ago. In his village, typhoid was known to kill 7 out of 10 children. And typhoid is known to be from drinking dirty water. Today, typhoid has been eradicated from his village with 8 out of 10 children surviving to adulthood! Clean water is everything!

The Massai village we visited yesturday was in an area called Kisaju. They were extremely grateful for the water unit. And provided warm smiles and a delicious meal for us consisting of greens, chapati (tortilla), and rice. Today we are headed to Nakuru to do more work! If you are interested in learning more about how the water units work or other information, check out the pictures attached to this post.

Thank you again for your donations and your support! We are grateful for people like you who make this project possible, and you are saving lives!
