Hats for North Idaho

Hats for North Idaho Stitches of Hope provides hats free of charge to cancer patients and those in need. To receive/donate call 402-580-6068 Your donations are always welcome.

In 2011 the Nebraska Affiliate to Halos of Hope was created. That first year 100 hats made and donated. In 2012 there was significant increase to 286 hats. The name was changed to Stiches of Hope NE about 2016ish. 2018 was the last year of operation in NE providing 1081 hats to those in need. We look forward to serving those in North Idaho. All hats are made from donated time and materials. To ei

March 15th 40 more hats were delivered to Kootenai cancer support center and 20 to Heritage Health Street Med clinic.

Ready for a Valentine's delivery! 17 to Street Med and 23 to Kootenai Cancer Support Center. My personal goal is two hats a day. You can sponsor a hat for $2/hat. I can get 6 hats out of 1 skein ($12) of Carons pound of love yarn from Joanns. Not bad for 2 weeks of weekend hooking. Heritage Health streed med and Kootenai Health Foundation cancer support center.
