The countdown to WAPOR 2026 in Mexico City is well underway, and today is the final day to register at the Early-Bird rates.
From October 26–29, 2026, the 79th Annual WAPOR Conference, Public Opinion Research in an Emerging Multipolar World Order, will bring together 400 participants from more than 65 countries for four days of research, discussion, exchange, and networking in Mexico City.
The programme reflects the extraordinary breadth of contemporary public opinion research, with sessions on democracy and political polarization, elections and polling, artificial intelligence and emerging research technologies, survey methodology and data quality, cross-cultural research, media and disinformation, migration and conflict, political trust, values and social change, and many other topics.
Alongside the paper and poster sessions, the conference will feature keynote and special sessions, training workshops, networking opportunities, the Welcome Reception, and the WAPOR Awards Banquet. Whether you are presenting your own research, looking for new methodological ideas, reconnecting with colleagues, meeting researchers from other countries, or attending a WAPOR Annual Conference for the first time, there will be many opportunities to take part in the conversation.
Early-Bird Registration closes today, August 25, at 23:59 EST.
