Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) is an innovative solution to expand care to our rural communities by bringing preventive care, chronic disease management and public health services into homes.

Linwood Ambulance is proud to introduce MIH services, a proactive healthcare initiative designed to bring medical support directly into the patients’ homes. Unlike traditional emergency services that focus solely on crisis response, MIH is centered on preventative care and long-term positive healthcare outcomes. Our specially trained providers conduct in-home patient assessments to manage chronic conditions, assist with medication reconciliation and compliance, and perform post-surgery follow-ups.

By addressing health concerns before they become emergencies, we aim to improve patient outcomes, reduce unnecessary hospital admissions, and provide a vital safety net for those who may face barriers to traditional medical office visits.

This innovative service is made possible through a close partnership with Littleton Regional Healthcare (LRH).

By working together with hospital clinical teams and primary care providers, we ensure a seamless continuum of care for our community.

Through this collaboration, Linwood Ambulance serves as the “eyes and ears” for physicians, utilizing advanced technology and resource mapping to connect patients with the specific healthcare services they need.

Together with LRH, we are bridging the gaps in rural healthcare delivery and empowering our neighbors to lead healthier, more independent lives.

Thank you to those who participated-proceeds go to LASS programming (and to the new Van we are getting in SEPTEMBER) They're each going to the fantastic Lincoln-Woodstock Rotary Club Truck Raffle Sept 30th, with their $200 ticket! Good luck ladies!! (FYI, the Rotary still have THEIR tickets left to sell for $200 each)
