The fourth one: T is for Trust.

Trust is at the heart of meaningful mentoring—it creates a space where we can be honest, supported, and understood. When we trust those walking alongside us, we become more willing to learn, grow, and face challenges together. Join us for our October Initial Mentor Training on Tuesday, the 20th!

Gain new tools for relationships and learn about why mentoring matters. This month, our director, Brody, will be leading the training starting at 6 PM at our office.

This training is the first step in learning how to be a mentor, can serve as a refresher for mentors, or can teach you more about how to love your neighbors!

Mentoring starts with noticing—seeing when someone needs encouragement, support, or simply someone to listen. When we pay attention to the people around us, we create opportunities to make a meaningful difference in their day. Do you like to talk with people? Do you enjoy lunch? Has God called you to serve in a different way recently?

Atlas is looking for volunteers on Mondays! Every Monday, we host Neighborhood Living Room, which is a space where anyone can come and hang out. It is from 11 am - 2 pm, and while you're here, we also do a lunch distribution throughout the neighborhood, so everyone can have something to eat for lunch and some water to drink.
