A huge thank you to The Grace Space for a wonderful golf tournament last week! Team HoriSun featured our nurse Angela, and retired nurse, Bonnie along with their husbands! Thank you Grace Space for ALL that you do to support patients at end-of-life in our community. Lincoln is blessed to have you!

Because of your kindness and generosity, the HoriSun Hospice Community Foundation raised more than $5,800 during Give to Lincoln Day 2026! Every gift helps us continue providing meaningful support throughout our community - from education surrounding hospice and end-of-life care, to resources for individuals navigating health and aging challenges, to compassionate grief support programs for those experiencing loss.

Thank you for standing alongside us and believing in the work we do. Your support truly makes a difference, and we are so grateful to be part of such a caring community!
