Hi friends!

We wanted to share some bittersweet news. After many meaningful years, we, Lupe & Lali, will be moving on from our roles as Latino Leadership Youth Program Coordinators and beginning our next chapter.

It is hard to put into words how grateful we are for the opportunity to work with so many incredible students, families, schools, partners, and community members. Thank you for trusting us, welcoming us, and allowing us to be part of your journey. Watching our students grow, find their voices, and become leaders has been one of the greatest privileges.

A few final reminders from your lovely Latino Youth Program Coordinators:

✨ Échenle ganas y nunca se olviden de sus raíces.
✨ Always be SAFE and RESPONSIBLE.
✨ Surround yourself with genuine and healthy people.
✨ Never forget that you can break generational cycles.
✨ Know your worth and remember how resilient and capable you are.

Although we are moving on, the memories and relationships we’ve built will always hold a special place in our hearts. This may be the end of one chapter, but it is not goodbye forever.

A huge thank you to all of our students for making this another unforgettable year! Ustedes son el corazón de nuestro programa. Every meeting, activity, conversation, and memory was made special because of the energy, leadership, resilience, and authenticity that each of you brought to our community.

This year we watched you step outside your comfort zones, build new friendships, develop leadership skills, give back to your community, and proudly embrace your cultura and identity. We are incredibly proud of everything you have accomplished and the growth we’ve seen throughout the year.

Gracias por compartir sus voces, sus ideas, sus talentos y sus cultura con nosotros. Your stories matter, your leadership matters, and the impact you make in our community matters.

As we look back through these photos and memories, we celebrate not only what we’ve achieved together, but also the bright futures ahead of each of you. 🌟
