Welcome, Nebraska Health Care LEAD Class IX! 🎉

The 2026-2027 class recently kicked off with a two-day retreat focused on connection, CliftonStrengths, advocacy, and leadership development.

Thank you to Sarah Collins of Collins Collective for helping our newest leaders discover their strengths, and to Senator George Dungan for sharing his leadership perspective.

This year’s program is made possible by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska Health of Nebraska through CHAD Nebraska, Choice Rehabilitation, Consonus Pharmacy, The Olson Group, Vetter Gives, and Nebraska Health Care Foundation.

Since its inception in 2016, 120 health care professionals have participated in the Nebraska Health Care LEAD program, strengthening Nebraska’s health care system by developing leaders. 💙
