Fellow Spotlight | Tyler White-Welchen

Meet Tyler White-Welchen.

Tyler is passionate about creating spaces where people thrive. As Director of Leadership Development at 100 Black Men of Omaha, he designs and leads youth mentorship programming for middle and high school students.

This fall, he’ll begin a doctoral program in Leadership at Doane University while completing his MBA.

Tyler joined the Constellation Lab because he’s in a season of intentional growth and alignment between who he is and the leader he is becoming. He’s looking forward to learning alongside others who value purpose, equity, and reflection while gaining tools to deepen his impact on students and communities.

Fellow Spotlight | Joe Toscano

Meet Joe Toscano.

Joe is passionate about helping people tell stories that create meaningful impact. As the CEO of Service Stories, he helps service-based businesses turn their everyday work into stories that build trust, rank on Google, and get mentioned by AI.

Joe joined the Constellation Lab because of the people he’ll be learning from and engaging with. What stands out to him is that people come into the program with a North Star that’s more than an aspiration. It’s something they actively live out and continue to build upon.

For Joe, Constellation Lab is an opportunity to come together and accelerate that impact.

Meet Sean Tamisiea.

Sean is driven by a desire to live with purpose. He believes there’s something deeper that calls us to connect with others through empathy, vulnerability, and genuine relationships.

As a Project Manager for a land development and acquisition company, Sean also serves on the company’s culture committee, where he enjoys helping create a workplace where people feel valued and supported.

Sean joined the Constellation Lab because he’s committed to becoming the best version of himself so he can have a greater impact on the people around him. He’s excited to continue growing alongside others who are equally passionate about living and leading with purpose.

Meet Courtney Strayer.

Courtney works on the Organizational Development team at Bryan Health, supporting employee engagement, leadership development, and more. She’s also a volunteer and part-time employee with Launch Leadership, a Lincoln nonprofit focused on youth leadership development.

Whether she’s connecting people with opportunities or spending time in the Lincoln community, Courtney is passionate about helping others grow.

Courtney joined the Constellation Lab because she’s ready to stretch beyond her current circles and learn from a diverse community. She’s especially curious about how others approach leadership, vulnerability, and building trust, and hopes to gain new perspectives that challenge her thinking and expand her capacity to lead in her community.

Meet Briana Stewart.

As an educator, Briana is passionate about helping others grow. She believes genuine connection and trust are the foundation of every successful team and is committed to creating environments where people feel included, valued, and supported.

With a growth mindset and the heart of a cheerleader, she loves celebrating others’ successes and encouraging them through challenges.

Briana joined the Constellation Lab because she’s hopeful that what she learns will help her make a broader difference by empowering others and creating lasting change. She believes learning from one another and building strong, connected networks can make our world more equitable and compassionate.

Meet Alesha Skoda.

Alesha is passionate about community-based work that helps people and ideas grow in practical, meaningful ways. As Associate Director at The Foundry Community in Lincoln, Nebraska, she values collaboration, curiosity, and connection.
Outside of work, she enjoys serving on a local choir board and exploring local businesses.

Alesha joined the Constellation Lab because she wants to deepen her leadership skills and connect with other changemakers navigating similar challenges in purpose-driven work. She’s looking forward to learning in community and stepping into a more grounded, intentional, and expansive version of her leadership.

Meet Anderson Sainci.

Grounded in faith, family, and community, Anderson strives to lead with a servant’s heart. With more than 12 years of experience serving in local government, he currently leads strategic partnerships that strengthen collaboration across local, state, and federal government.

He believes building trusted relationships starts with curiosity, finding common ground, and creating spaces where people can show up as their authentic selves.

Anderson joined the Constellation Lab because he’s excited to discover new ideas and concepts that he can apply to both his personal and professional life. He’s looking forward to learning alongside other leaders and continuing to grow.

Meet Katie Ricenbaw.

Katie serves as the Director of Education at the Center for People in Lincoln, where she leads programs that expand access to education, workforce training, and reentry support.
She believes leading with love means approaching leadership with empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to the people she serves and the teams she leads.

Katie is excited to be part of the Constellation Lab because she’s curious about how this community approaches problem-solving, innovation, and growth. She’s looking forward to contributing her own insights while gaining new strategies and perspectives, and seeing how collective learning can translate into real change for the people and communities we serve.

Meet Kim Preston.

Kim is passionate about helping entrepreneurs in rural communities turn their ideas into thriving, sustainable businesses. As Director of Lending Services at the Center for Rural Affairs, she combines responsible lending with personalized financial coaching because, to her, success is about more than access to capital. It’s about building confidence, capacity, and long-term resilience.

Kim joined the Constellation Lab to strengthen the foundation of her leadership and build greater consistency as she grows in her role. She hopes to create a trusted environment from the very beginning of each relationship, allowing her to better understand and support the people she works with.

Meet Kelly Morgan.

Kelly believes in doing the right thing, helping others, and sharing knowledge. As a manager at Jane Smiley CPA, Inc., she has worked in public accounting since 2003, specializing in individual and business tax consulting, as well as small business accounting and advisory.

Outside of work, faith, family, and volunteering fill much of her time.

Kelly joined the Constellation Lab because she believes love is the greatest gift. To her, leading with love means supporting and guiding others in ways that help make things better for them, while continuing to bring knowledge and support to her small community.
