September is National Recovery Month.

At St. Monica’s, we believe that recovery is possible, and no one should have to walk that journey alone.

Recovery looks different for every woman. It takes courage, support, connection, and a community willing to believe in what is possible. Throughout September, we are proud to celebrate those in recovery, honor the people who support them, and remind our community that help is available.

If you or a woman you care about is struggling with substance use, St. Monica’s is here. From residential treatment to outpatient and community-based support, we meet women where they are and walk alongside them as they build healthier, stronger futures.

💜 There is hope. There is help. Recovery is possible.

August 31 is International Overdose Awareness Day. 💜

Today, we remember the lives lost to overdose, stand alongside those who carry the grief of losing someone they love, and honor those who continue to fight for recovery every day.

At St. Monica’s, we believe every life matters. Substance use does not define a person, and no one should feel that they are beyond hope, help, or healing.

Together, we can reduce stigma, encourage compassion, and remind our community that recovery is possible.

Today and every day, we remember. We support. We hold onto hope. 💜

Recovery and motherhood can happen together.

At St. Monica’s, our Mommy and Me Program provides women the opportunity to focus on their recovery while continuing to care for and strengthen the bond with their children.

In a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed residential environment, moms can work toward lasting recovery while building skills, confidence, and a healthier future for themselves and their families.

Because seeking treatment shouldn’t mean having to choose between recovery and motherhood.

A big thank you to our team for continuing to learn, grow, and show up for our participants and one another!
