We are headed to Omaha Performing Arts for Ghostbusters! What does that mean for you? Heres a good start:

Justin from Omaha wants to know "Is cosplaying and becoming a superhero or Ghostbuster expensive?"

Answer: No! You do not need to be movie accurate and its not expensive. In fact most stuff you see on tv and movies is cheap and inexpensive it just looks cool. However cosplaying is addictive and the addiction can become expensive 😂😉 cosplaying allows you to use your imagination and you can go as far as you want! 🚫👻

Hello folks! Justin here President of Ghostbusters: Nebraska Division and Heroes for Heroes Inc., Omaha.

Its our busiest time of year now and we are excited. EctoK9 is winding down so get out to an event so that you can get those pictures! We look forward to seeing everyone and all the fans we have got over the years.

For a moment I want to take everyone on a peek behind the curtain. Over 8 years ago I took over the two groups and got us involved in the community and built our relationships and partnerships. We did it with ZERO funding and to this day. We get asked all the time is that your car I saw in town? Are you that group I saw? We are Omaha's original Heroes group and Ghostbusters group. We are the only group registered with Sony's Ghost Corp in Nebraska.

You can tell who we are by our patches. There are other cars driving around either just out of fandom and their are other groups out there that are either fandom groups or just doing their own thing. We wish everyone the best! Cosplay and fandoms should be shared, drama free and severely enjoyed. But when it comes to the Originals thats us! If you see our patch thats us! If you see someone using our name or patch that shouldn't let us know. We have worked hard to build a partnership with our fans and community and we want to maintain its purity.

Let everyone know or share this post so they know who the originals are in the Omaha area. To those starting their own or doing their own we wish you the best and we are always here to help! We turn moments into memories. Cosplays are meant to make others smile and thats what we aim for! I wish everyone a happy Halloween season and hope to see everyone at future events! 🚫👻
