About Shiloh’s Founder
Martha Watts received her Ministerial Arts degree from Capital Bible Institute at Capital Christian Center, Sacramento, CA in 1988. She is credentialed as a Minister by the Oregon District Assemblies of God. Martha worked with Pure Life ministries, a nationally known sexual addiction ministry, from 1987 to 1989. She serves with Celebrate Recovery at Faith Baptist Church in L
incoln City, as well as with Celebrate Recovery Inside in the Lincoln County Jail, providing pastoral counseling and encouraging inmates in a life in Christ free from addiction, abuse and crime. Martha has a heart for the homeless, the abused, and the addicted, and has always been drawn street ministry, partly because of her personal background. She accepted Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior at a young age, but did not have a daily personal relationship with him. Due to a childhood of abuse, she spent years running from God and her brokenness. When she reached the end of her rope after a near-death experience, she heard God call her to a life of obedience and ministry to broken people, sharing the good news of the healing power of Christ. Pastor Martha is available for speaking engagements to share her testimony about the incredible love of God.
