Johnny Appleseed Parks For People The Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District passed our 3/4 mill levy! Thanks to all our wonderful supporters and volunteers!

The elimination of tangible personal property tax on industries, Ohio's local government fund has been drastically cut, negatively impacting all local governments, including the Park District. We have reduced our staff from 17 full-time employees to 10 full-time employees and dramatically reduced operating costs. That is why it was so important that we pass our levy. Thanks to everyone who voted for us and all who volunteered!

Trails for walking, running, biking, disc golf, swim beach, Lima Lake, Amphitheater programs every Saturday night in the summer! 🎣🥏🚣‍♂️💦🚴‍♀️
