Join us for our final PTO meeting of the 2025–2026 school year on:

🗓 Monday, May 18th
⏰ 5:30 PM

This will be an election meeting as we vote on our new PTO Board for the 2026–2027 school year—we would love to see a great turnout to support our teachers, staff, and school community!

✨ Take a look at what YOUR PTO accomplished this year:
Hosted fun, memorable events like Fall Festival, Valentine’s Dance, and Spring Fling

Celebrated our amazing staff during Teacher Appreciation Week
Installed our new Spirit Rock 🎉

Partnered with local businesses to stock the teacher lounge all year with snacks, coffee, and water ☕

Launched a Scholarship Fund to ensure every child can attend field trips, regardless of financial circumstances ❤️

The PTO is one of the best ways to get involved, connect with teachers and administration, and make a real impact in our school and community.

💡 We would love to get more parents involved next year to help make these events even bigger and better!

📣 We Need EOG Proctors!

As testing season approaches, we’re looking for volunteers to help serve as proctors during EOGs. The more volunteers we have, the less our teachers have to shift around—and the more focused they can be on supporting our students.

Let’s come together to take a little stress off our amazing teachers and show them how much we appreciate all they do! 💙

🌸💐 Teacher Appreciation Week – Day 2! 💐🌸

Today was all about a little creativity and a lot of smiles! Our teachers and staff enjoyed a Build-Your-Own Bouquet Bar, getting to mix and match flowers to create something beautiful and uniquely theirs. 🌷✨

We hope these bouquets add a little extra brightness to your week—just like you do for our students every single day!

💛 Thank you to all of the incredible teachers and staff at LSES for the heart, patience, and dedication you pour into our school. We appreciate you more than words can say!

We’re kicking things off with something extra special for our amazing teachers and staff at Lillington Shawtown Elementary! 💙💛
Today, we’re treating our hardworking educators to delicious drinks from CharLatte Mobile Coffee☕✨

From early mornings to late afternoons, lesson plans to life lessons, you pour so much into our students every single day. This is just a small way for us to say THANK YOU for the HUGE impact you make. 💫
