My Crafty Neighbor, LLC is a 501c3 classified non-profit that kicked off on August 13, 2013 in the form of a free monthly Craft Club with the kids in my neighborhood. We had a good run with 78 consecutive meet-ups and 6 field trips, but the crafting halted in 2020 and never started back up. Which turned out to be a good thing! e seeds for our future…..and the future is NOW! Moving forward, advocating kiddo creativity will be only a sliver of our now expanded mission which is to provide extra support and love to the world by nurturing holistic well-being, sustainability and craftsmanship. Life's a journey and everyone needs a little help to truly thrive, even if that’s just a friendly “neighbor” that’s either right next door or a phone call away. Many families are also struggling to find work, put nutritious food on the table and are raising kids with minimal resources. MCN is there to help make these obstacles a bit easier while also serving all humans regardless of socioeconomic status!
