On May 21st 2025, While celebrating the last day of school with family and friends, the unimaginable happened. Jaleesa Bennet, the 12 year old daughter of our Killian Woods HOA president Javon Bennet, had a traumatic brain injury due to a fall from an electric scooter. Her injury required two brain surgeries and weeks in ICU from multiple complications. We give glory to God for the progress she’s making and we recognize it’s all because of your prayers. Jaleesa and her family have a long road to recovery and need our support. I’m humbly asking for your continuous prayers and to join in supporting them financially. May God bless you.

Killian Woods Residents our Annual Fall Festival will be here before we know it. We have upgraded our bounce house to a 7 in 1 that will accommodate all ages with the additional obstacle course attached and the slide. We will also have pizza and drinks. Bring your friends and family and enjoy our community event! Costumes are NOT required to attend.

Ballots were mailed out. It is required that homeowners email, drop off or mail their ballot in. The Department of State requires a vote of the homeowners. This is a great way to be a responsible homeowner. Please submit it as quickly as you can.
