We were honored to sponsor tonight’s Ligonier Valley Rams Football team meal! What a great group of young men—and we couldn’t have asked for a better meal!

A huge thank you to Tubmill Creek Provisions for preparing an incredible spread. The pulled pork was a HUGE hit and, of course, everyone had some fun with the pig head!

Wishing our Ligonier Valley Rams an amazing season filled with hard work, teamwork, memories, and plenty of wins!

A huge THANK YOU to the Ligonier Valley Farmers Market for giving us the opportunity to be part of your absolutely amazing community market today.

When we woke up to the early morning rain, we thought it might put a damper on the day… but we couldn’t have been more wrong!

We loved seeing all the bright smiles, creativity, and excitement from the kids who stopped by to make their very own colorful petal card. Watching them create, laugh, and enjoy the morning was exactly what community is all about. We loved being a part of Bloom Fest!

Thank you again to the market for welcoming us and for creating another wonderful opportunity for our community to come together.

The Brandon J. Boyd Memorial Fund is dedicated to honoring Brandon’s life and enduring spirit so he may live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A nonprofit origination with a 501c3 status whose primary goal is to provide assistance to youth and teen athletic, social and educational organizations within the Ligonier Valley School District so that no team or student is denied the ability to participate due to financial restrictions.

Due to the rising costs of post-secondary education, every spring, this fund awards a scholarship to a graduating Senior of Ligonier Valley High School. In recognition of the jersey number, he so proudly wore, this scholarship is in the amount of $2,200

In addition to the annual scholarship, every July the fund hosts a free youth football camp. This is a camp for all children within the Ligonier Valley School District in grades 1-8 interested in Football. During the camp attendees learn the basics of the game and the importance of teamwork and dedication.

The majority of money raised for this fund is through an annual themed Gala Fundraiser and donations received in return for photography services provided by Memories By Christy. There are no set prices or packages, and you are asked to donate what you feel is fair.

We have to share some very disappointing news.

After a lot of thought and consideration, our foundation has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Community Carnival due to a lack of participation.

Our foundation organizes the carnival, but the event was designed to give our local sports teams, youth organizations, and nonprofit groups an opportunity to participate, raise funds for their organizations, and spend a fun day bringing our community together.

That’s what makes this decision especially disappointing.

We know how many amazing organizations we have right here in our community, and after the success of the first two years, we truly hoped this event would continue to grow. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough groups sign up to make the carnival possible.

We aren’t disappointed in our community—we are disappointed that we couldn’t bring everyone together this year. We truly believe there is something special about local organizations working together, supporting one another, raising money, and giving our families a reason to come out and have some fun.

A HUGE thank you to the Loyalhanna Watershed Association for once again generously offering us a place to hold the carnival. Your continued willingness to support community events and local organizations is truly unbelievable, and we are incredibly grateful for you.

To the organizations that did sign up, we are incredibly sorry that we couldn’t make it happen this year.
