This Week Lady Luck Animal Rescue welcomed two new dogs to the rescue. Lily the Baby Hippo came from Coral Springs Humane Unit and Romeo the Potato came from Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control. They were both unsterilized, and not microchipped when they arrived. Romeo being a Frenchie needed some extra TLC in the form of nares surgery to help him breathe. Lily needed her teeth cleaned and her front bottom canine needed to be extracted because the nerve was exposed. Ouch! They are both recovering today in their foster homes from their surgeries. As always, Dr Kadish at Lantana Atlantis Animal Hospital took amazing care of both of them.

Donations are appreciated and allow us to continue saving precious lives.

You can apply for Risotto at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab. 🐾

Risotto aka “Rizzo” aka “Rizz” is a black domestic shorthair male kitten born approximately May 10, 2026. Rizzo and his 2 siblings were found outside in pretty bad shape, after much needed TLC, they are now healthy and ready for adoption. If shadow cats haven’t caught your eye before this guy will. Rizzo rose to front man… from shy kitty, to now the first to explore any new situation or new animal in their territory to be sure it’s safe for his sisters, he’s the best big brother! He’s a rowdy little critter... but also enjoys being cradled like a baby. If he can’t find you in the house, he’ll let out a distressed cry…and when you call back to him he comes running to find you! He’s also always the first to the food bowl. And let’s not gloss over his ridiculous sleeping positions 💞 He is dog friendly too!

Risotto is neutered, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, f***l tested negative, dewormed, and vaccinated (including rabies). She is fostered in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

For more information contact [email protected] or text 754-366-3669. You can apply at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the 'Adopt/Foster' Tab.

You can apply for Spaghetti at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab. 🐾
Spaghetti aka “Sketti” is a brown tabby female kitten born approximately May 10, 2026. Sketti and her 2 siblings were found outside in pretty bad shape, after much needed TLC, they are now healthy and ready for adoption. Think of how a 2-year-old might ask for their favorite pasta…This is Sketti!! She’s always been the biggest at every weight in out of her trio. She’s made her mark on her foster family, because she was the biggest transformation! Coming straight off the street and into a strangers home, with little to no human interaction before this. She was sooo terrified! Wide eyed anytime they came near.. hiding behind anything she could, scrambling to get away if they had to handle her. But now, she’s a total love bug! She’s surpassed all of her siblings! She’s the first to greet her foster mom everyday! Sketti even reaches up and does these little stretches when she’s asking for attention, it’s the cutest thing ever! While still initially nervous upon meeting new people she’s made the most amazing progress! Not to mention, makes the best biscuits in town! We know when she finds her person…she’s going to form a deep, unearthly bond with them. 💞 She is dog friendly too!

Spaghetti is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, f***l tested negative, dewormed, and vaccinated (including rabies). She is fostered in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

For more information contact [email protected] or text 754-366-3669. You can apply at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the 'Adopt/Foster' Tab.

You can apply for Linguine at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab. 🐾

Linguine aka “Guine” is a brown tabby female kitten born approximately May 10, 2026. Guine and her 2 siblings were found outside in pretty bad shape, after much needed TLC, they are now healthy and ready for adoption. Besides being the tiniest, with more subtle facial markings, Guine is the most fierce! She was the first to brave the new humans in the new world after being rescued off the streets, and paved the way for her siblings to come out of their shells. She now sits back to enjoy the show, and has blossomed into her little independent self, and acts wise beyond her years. She was the first in her litter to learn to jump to high places, running on the cat wheel, and making friends with the resident bunnies, who she still remains great pals with. She’s been super adaptable and we have confidence that she would thrive in almost any environment, but especially if there’s a rabbit! She is dog friendly too!

Linguine is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, f***l tested negative, dewormed, and vaccinated (including rabies). She is fostered in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

For more information contact [email protected] or text 754-366-3669. You can apply at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the 'Adopt/Foster' Tab.
