Thank you for your interest in Lake County United’s mission to leverage our collective power to meet the urgent needs of local communities. The key to this success is our ability to organize citizens to act on their own behalf, with many others.
By supporting LCU, you help to continue our unique non-partisan work addressing structural change. Highlights of our recent work are featured on the reverse side of this letter.
We are reaching out to our 195 friends and supporters. Your assistance is needed as we strive to raise $70,000 this year to continue building lasting, positive change.
Lake County United’s annual expenses of $246,000 are met by member institution dues, grants, and individual gifts from concerned citizens like you. Unlike traditional service organizations, Lake County United does not accept government money.
Whatever you choose to give, we are most grateful. Please make checks payable to Lake County Sponsors, our 503c account, to qualify for a tax deduction. Or visit our website, listed below, to donate via PayPal or by credit card.
