Spread holiday joy with the Liberty Community Christmas Tree (LCCT)! ✨🎄The holiday season gets busy for everyone, but making a difference in our Liberty community doesn’t have to take a lot of time!

In 2025, LCCT provided gifts and food to 445 families, 1,140 children, and 190 senior households. As we kick off the 2026 season, here are three quick ways you can help make the holidays brighter for those who need assistance in Liberty:

--The fastest way to give back is a quick online donation! Every dollar directly funds food, essential necessities, and holiday support for local families in need. You can donate online here » https://bit.ly/4s0TJpA

--Adopt a family and shop for their children's holiday wish lists! We provide a ~$65 gift card per child to cover the shopping! Along with the gifts, donated food boxes will be packed for you to deliver to the family on Saturday, December 12. To adopt a family, drop in to a shopper meeting on November 24, 25 or 30 (it takes just 5 minutes!).

--Gather non-perishable canned goods with your workplace, church, organization or neighborhood to help stock food boxes for local families! Food can be dropped off at City Hall or the Liberty Community Center.

Let’s come together to light up the holidays for Liberty families! 🌟

They signed up to deliver meals, but they didn't know they would gain connections and lifelong friends. ❤️

Meals on Wheels volunteers truly change lives! Some seniors in Liberty are lonely, some can't prepare a meal for themselves and some just need a friendly face to talk to. That is exactly where our Meals on Wheels program shines.

Our volunteers love what they do just as much as our seniors love seeing them. It’s a vital program that Liberty needs to keep our neighbors healthy, safe and living independently in their homes. See what some of our amazing volunteers have to say about how delivering meals affects their day!
