During our exploration, a magical treehouse and the expansive backyard surrounding it became the canvas for our summer camp, as we brought to life polar bears, painted dolphins, and bedazzled elephants that roamed a ghost town, all without leaving the treehouse's expansive grounds. Our adventure also included a hike and swim, during which we uncovered numerous clues that ultimately led to our recognition as master librarians, a feat we mention with characteristic humility.🐘

Engaging in dodgeball against mythical creatures(disguised as counselors) retrieving the Golden Fleece, participating in perilous chariot races (ok, fancy pringle containers), navigating obstacle courses through wooded areas, and attending Greek theatrical performances, as well as learning the Greek alphabet, were among the notable activities at Camp Half-Blood this week.

We have concluded the first week of camp. Thalia's tree was dying. The golden fleece went missing. Our activities included battling monsters, meeting new friends, and swimming in the pool, referred to as the Aegean sea. Zeus's anger was limited to a single instance of rain, and following our apology, we participated in a thrilling game of capture the Fleece between third woods and second woods! What an extraordinary week!
