🍎 Teacher Lounge Reminder! 🖤💛

If you’re out today, would you consider picking up an extra snack, drink, or treat to help us stock the teachers’ lounge? Every little donation goes a long way in showing our amazing teachers and staff just how much they’re appreciated!

Items can be dropped off during Open House or anytime at the school office.

We hope everyone has had an amazing first few days of school! We are so excited for another great year at DeKalb West! 🎉

📚 Don’t forget! Open House is Tuesday, August 11, from 4:00–5:15 p.m., with our PTO Meeting immediately following.

☕ We’re also bringing back Stock the Teacher Lounge! If you’d like to help spoil our amazing teachers and staff, donations of snacks, drinks, coffee, paper products, or other lounge essentials are greatly appreciated. Items can be dropped off at Open House or anytime in the school office.

A huge THANK YOU to Wellsworth Bank for donating all the water for our Field Day! 💦☀️

It was definitely a hot day filled with lots of fun, laughter, and memories, and we are so grateful for your generosity in helping keep our students, staff, and volunteers hydrated throughout the day!

We wrapped up Teacher Appreciation last week feeling incredibly thankful for our amazing community! 💛

A huge thank you to Salem Baptist Church for treating our teachers and staff on Friday with fresh fruit cups, muffins, yogurt, granola, and other delicious goodies! It was the perfect way to end a wonderful week of celebrating our incredible staff.

Your generosity, kindness, and support mean so much to our school family. Thank you for helping make our teachers and staff feel so loved and appreciated! 🍎✨

Our teachers are feeling the love this week, and we’re so grateful to be a small part of it! 💛

A huge thank you to Outreach Baptist Church for spoiling our staff today with a delicious Mexican meal and brownies — what a wonderful treat!

We were also excited to provide a little midweek pick-me-up with Nashbrew Coffee ☕️ to help keep our teachers energized and feeling appreciated.

It takes a village, and we love partnering with such an amazing community to celebrate our incredible staff. Thank you to everyone who is helping make Teacher Appreciation Week so special! 🍎✨

We are so grateful for the fantastic start to Teacher Appreciation Week! 💛

A big thank you to New Home Baptist Church for treating our staff to a wonderful breakfast yesterday. The bagels, drinks, and thoughtful touches truly helped launch the week in the best possible way and made our teachers feel deeply appreciated.

Your kindness and support mean a lot to our school and community. Thank you for helping us celebrate the amazing work our teachers do every day! 🍎✨
