4C’s food pantry has a new location!

The pantry has worked hard this past week, packing and moving ensuring not to leave patrons without support. They will be open this Thursday 10am-2pm like normal. The new location is at 2 East Maple St. Liberty.

Please give the volunteers at the pantry patience and allow a little extra time to move through the new facility as they are still working through this transition.

We are so thankful to have a food pantry in our community and are grateful for their hard work and dedication to keep improving their mission 💙

🌱We’re excited to share that our community garden has officially been planted for the season! Last year, the garden produced over 120 pounds of fresh produce that was donated to our local food pantry, and we’re looking forward to another great year of giving back to our community.
Thanks to generous grant support from Whitewater Valley REMC and the Duke Energy Foundation, we were able to cover startup costs and bring the garden back for another growing season. This year we planted tomatoes, cucumbers, an assortment of peppers, zucchini, potatoes, and strawberries. We also added two small wildflower beds that community members are welcome to pick from all summer long. We can’t wait to watch everything grow and will continue sharing garden updates throughout the season!
