A. D.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: $50.00 (Should a scheduled event be cancelled, $25.00 of the refundable deposit be returned to the Responsible Party.) B. “ONE DAY” DEFINED: “MIDNIGHT to MIDNIGHT”
C. MEMBER RATE: $75.00 for ONE DAY, $5.00 for each additional hour (Note: Must be HCIA member for 12 months before receiving the Member rate.) NON-MEMBER RATE: $175.00 for ONE DAY, $5.00 for each additional hour.
