Malted Grains opened in 2016 as Liberty Hill Bakery & Cafe, Malted Grains is a new concept that resulted in listening to the community over the past year. The owners and Chef are still the same that you have grown to love. Breads and most desserts are house-made and we have now opened up to a full evening meal including appetizers. They are working with local wine distributors and currently have four beers on tap and several others available in bottles.
Go see them and make Malted Grains your new favorite neighborhood spot.
And don't forget to stop in and see them at the festival!
