Four Students recognized for completing the Shay #4 Locomotive Mural!
Libby Charter School students Peyton Zillman, Grace Webber, Olive Holly, and Justin Sadewasser were recognized last week for the completion last fall of a beautiful 551 square foot, 2-story-high color mural of the J. Neils Lumber Company’s 1906 Shay Locomotive. Each student received a Certificate of Appreciation, signed by The Heritage Museum Board President Ericka Hardgrove, along with a color photo of the finished Mural, beautifully framed by Devy McCully at Frames Unlimited. Lunch was provided and Charter School Art Instructor Heather Robertson attended to take photos of the students. Museum volunteer Sherry Turner presented the certificates to the students on behalf of the Museum President.
