This year's event is going to look a little different than the last few years. We have teamed up with Red, White & Brews to help raise awareness for a very special cause. We will have live music for entertainment, a Taco truck and family friendly games available outside on the patio!
Have you heard of Libby Community Thrift? They are a completely Volunteer ran non profit thrift store that returns every penny back into our community. They are located directly behind Rositas at 808 Utah Ave.
Did you known that over the last 20 years they have donated over $173,000.00 dollars back into our community?! Every time you donate something for them to sell you are helping the entire town! These ladies have returned that money into community programs such as, The Food Pantry, The Pregnancy care center, The Backpack program for school age children that need a little extra help with getting food through the summer. Lincoln County crisis solutions and the Men's B.A.T House. That's only a few of the programs this group has helped through the years. These ladies are seeking a new location to carry on this legacy as the building they're currently in has been listed for sale. We would love to hear any leads you my have on that issue!
This year we have kicking it up a notch by offering each volunteer a ticket to enter a free giveaway as a way to show appreciation for your help with clean up! We have several items that have been graciously donated by local businesses and community members!
We are also offering raffle tickets to win a big prize also graciously donated by local businesses and community members! On the evening of the 8th for 2$ a piece! All funds raised will be donated to the LCT to help them find a new location to keep the doors open and continue to be such a vital pillar in our home!
