We are in need of many new board members. Being a board member does require a commitment to attend a once a month meeting as well additional time as needed depending on if we are building a home or not. If you are interested we will be at the Volunteer Fair this Saturday at the Memorial Center. Come visit us. Or you can comment below. We would be pleased to have new members with construction knowledge but it is not required. Thank you

HOME REPAIR APPLICATIONS AVALIABLE
Kootenai Valley Partners Habitat for Humanity is now seeking applications Brush with Kindness home repair. Work to be completed in the summer of 2024.
To qualify to be considered for a home repair project, you must:
• Be the owner of your home.
• Be able to pay for a short term no interest loan, but be in the HUD low
income category.
• Be in need of minor exterior repairs, such as painting, windows and
doors, lot cleaning, porches and decks, wheelchair ramps, fence repair. • Be willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity.
Applications can be picked up at the following locations: Kootenai Valley Partners website (kootenaihabitat.org) Please ignore any deadline dates on the website the Application Deadline is May 15, 2024

By building low cost houses and providing no interest mortgages, Habitat for Humanity offers our partner families the opportunity to own their future.

They are PURCHASED.
The partner family pays a mortgage, which is kept affordable by the volunteer labor and business partners.
