We’re coming together for an unforgettable day to raise funds for life-changing projects supporting our veterans living with PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

Chilled Plunge Tanks & Sauna: Take the cold plunge for a donation and warm back up in the sauna! (Cold plunge shorts will be available on site).

Silent Auction: Bid on incredible donated items, featuring gear and art from Montana Knife Company, C**t Idol, Glacier Mountain Builders, and more!

Community & Impact: Every dollar raised directly supports our local veterans.

The Frozen Chosen | Veterans Helping Veterans Heal 🇺🇸🌲

Based in Northwest Montana near Bigfork and Glacier National Park, The Frozen Chosen is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting Montana Veterans through community, outdoor adventure, and 3-minute Flathead Valley cold plunges.

While formal VA programs offer a starting point, real recovery often happens in informal, shoulder-to-shoulder settings. Our cold plunges, hikes, and gatherings give Veterans a safe space to connect, share combat experiences, and support one another through the healing process.
