What a night celebrating our newest JA Bluegrass Business Hall of Fame Inductees!

Thank you to everyone who joined us as we honored three extraordinary leaders; Susan Elkington, Lynn Martin, & Everett McCorvey. These remarkable leaders exemplify the qualities we seek in our honorees- impactful leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to helping others achieve success.

One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was hearing directly from students about the impact of Junior Achievement programs. We are grateful to every opportunity to showcase the voices of the young people we serve and to highlight the difference your support makes in their lives.

A special thank you to our presenting sponsors, the and , for their support of this celebration. We are also grateful to Dr. Eli Capilouto, President of the University of Kentucky, for delivering remarks and helping us honor this year's inductees.

Each year, Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass reaches more than 20,000 students with programs focused on financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship. Events like this provide the funding needed to reach more local youth and create access to opportunity-filled futures. 💚💙

A big thank you to and Sydney DeLong from for spending time with our students this past Friday at Junior Achievement’s LEX18! 🎥📰

Tom shared valuable insight into the world of broadcast journalism, giving students an inside look at reporting, storytelling, and what it takes to deliver the news each day. Students had the opportunity to learn real tips and tricks for the Junior Achievement newscast while building confidence in their own reporting and production skills.

We are incredibly grateful for LEX 18’s continued partnership and support of Junior Achievement. Opportunities like these give students hands-on experiences and exposure to careers in media, communications, and production while helping inspire the next generation of journalists and storytellers!

47% of JA alumni say their JA experience positively impacted how they manage money!

That’s more than a stat... it’s real-life financial capability in action.

When young people build money management skills early, they’re better equipped to make informed decisions, navigate challenges, and plan for the future with confidence 💙💚
