Kentucky Education Support Professionals Survey

Education Support Professionals (ESP’s), Kentucky’s classified employees, play a critical role in all 171 public school districts in the state. ESPs are the first to see our students in the mornings, you maintain clean classrooms, you provide much-needed meals, and you keep our schools safe. Every job worth doing is worth doing well, so KEA believes that every employee should be treated with dignity and respect. Our employers and elected officials need to recognize that success will come when employees are respected and given the resources they need to effectively do their jobs. KEA continues its promise to our classified employees by working to ensure our employers and elected officials understand the vital role you play in the success of our students. Please help us to keep that promise by completing the working conditions survey to be used only by KEA and KESPA.
