Join The Frankfort/Lexington (KY) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated for the 4th Annual Black Family Wellness Expo. The event is free and open to the public. Blood pressure, diabetes, and dental screenings, haircuts, health education, CPR training, kids corner, free food, giveaways, and more!

Due to the predicted inclement weather, the Links2Fitness event scheduled for this Saturday has been postponed. A new date and time will be shared once confirmed.

6th Annual Links2Fitness – In Person & Virtual Workout Experience

Kick off the New Year with a fun and energizing fitness event! Join us on January 24th from 10:00–11:00 AM at CSS Wellness for our 6th Annual Links2Fitness. Enjoy a lively workout session—dance, group exercise, or a mix of both—with options to join in person or virtually.

💲 Cost: $20
100% of proceeds benefit God’s Pantry.
