We’re excited to welcome Dr. Amy Badstubner and Kari Dermer, Au.D., CPC, for their session, Stop Repeating Yourself: Building Accountability in Your Team, at .

When leaders find themselves explaining the same expectations, addressing the same issues, or stepping in to solve problems that should already be owned by their team, the problem may not be motivation. It may be the accountability system itself.

In this practical session, Dr. Badstubner and Dr. Dermer will introduce an accountability framework designed to help audiology leaders create greater clarity, consistency, and shared responsibility within their teams. Listen Up is reaching more communities, and Florida is next! 🎧🌴

The Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA) is proud to partner with WSA to bring the Listen Up public awareness initiative to Florida, encouraging adults age 50 and older to make hearing screening a routine part of their healthcare.

Building on the campaign’s successful Kentucky pilot, Listen Up Florida is helping put hearing health in the spotlight through localized public service announcements, media outreach, social content, and community education.

The goal is simple: raise awareness about the importance of early detection and help more people connect with local audiologists who can support their hearing health as they age.
