The Lexington Woman’s Club joins our community in mourning the loss of Mayor Frank Friedman. He embodied the spirit of community service that our Club strives to achieve. From serving as a judge for our “Just Desserts” fundraiser to supporting his wife Melissa as a mystery baker, he supported our Club as mayor, friend, and good neighbor. We extend our sincere condolences to Mayor Frank’s family and will keep him and all who loved him in our prayers. 🫶

We look pretty good for 115, right?!😂

Happy 115th Anniversary to the Lexington Woman’s Club.

We had so much fun gathering at to celebrate. Sharing stories and hearing first hand accounts of the early days of our Club and the difference we have made: starting libraries, Santa trucks that grew into and making sure every child in school got a hot lunch.

Hold on, Rockbridge County, you ain’t nothing yet!😉🥂🎉
