MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
* Any resident of Lexington and the surrounding areas, whether new or longtime, is welcome to join the Newcomers Club.
* Membership includes the monthly newsletter and the yearly membership directory. The membership year is from April 1 through March 30.
* There are currently about 240 families in the Newcomers’ Club.
* All prospective members are encouraged to attend o
ne event or meeting before joining.
* All ages are welcome!
* The Newcomers club of Lexington is membership driven. Any member can request the Board to start a new group if enough interest exists.
* BE ACTIVE! Go to our monthly programs, attend interest groups, join a committee, check out a Board Meeting, and don’t forget our fun social events!
* Membership dues give admission to everything. Some special events have admission fees covering their cost. There is no admission fee for interest groups, but each has a different way of sharing expenses, if there are any. Hosting rotates in most groups.
* You can advertise in our newsletter. You do not have to be a member to be able to advertise. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
