Hi Folks today is March 16th and it is very windy here in Michigan. To all our friends and neighbors that are in Florida I would like you all to face north, take a deep breath and all blow some warm air north for us. lol. On the same light note I would like to congratulate the 2 ladies that won our Michigan Progressive last week at 56 numbers. Great win ladies. Now that doesn’t mean that there is not money to be won this week. The progressive will start over starting at $300. And there are 18 other games to win money on. Someone has to win it why can’t it be you. Remember our doors open at 4pm and regular bingo begins at 6pm but you need to have your papers before the first ball is called so I would suggest you are in the hall by 5:30pm. Hope you all have a great St Patrick’s Day and don’t have a hangover on Wednesday. Please come and visit with your friends and neighbors and play bingo at the Lexington Lions Club 6964 Huron Ave. about 4 blocks west of the light in town.

Hi Folks. It is Wednesday March 11 and I just wanted to remind you all that Lexington Lions Club Bingo is tomorrow night so you need to think of what you are going to feed your family tomorrow. Make it something simple but delicious and they won’t mind that you are not there to wait on them (and you never know they might even clear their dishes off the table) All kidding aside we hope you can make it out for our bingo. Remember doors open at 4pm charity tickets go on sale about 4:30pm and regular bingo begins at 6pm but you must have your papers bought before the first ball of regular bing is pulled. People always inquire about the cost of playing bingo. We play 18 games and you could play the minimum paper for about $25. Hope you can come out and spend the evening with your neighbors and friends.

Hi Folks. It’s Tuesday March 3rd and I am back thinking of Bingo. The days just seem to roll by so fast before you know it will be Thursday and that means BINGO at the Lions Hall in Lexington Michigan. Thank goodness the weather has been pretty good lately and we have had good numbers (people). I have had a few inquiries this past week from people wanting to know our schedule and where we are located. Our address is 6964 Huron Rd. We are just west of the light in town about 2 or 3 blocks and on the left side of road. Our doors open at 4pm and Charity Tickets go on sale about 4:30 pm. Regular bingo begins at 6pm but you need to have your papers bought before the first ball is pulled so I would say don’t be any later than 5:30pm arriving. Michigan Progressive this week is at 54 numbers. Come out and enjoy some laughs and conversation with your friends and neighbors. Hope to see you there.

Hi Folks it is Tuesday January 20th and it is colder than ? Hope you are all inside your warm homes. This has been a day of TV for me because it is just to cold to venture out. I sure hope tomorrow is a bit warmer because I have to go out and get gas so I can drive to Lexington for the bingo on Thursday. The progressive will be at 60 numbers this week but Eric has said that he wants it to go to 61. I sure hope he is right. Please remember that our doors open at 4pm and even though bingo starts at 6pm you need to be there by 5:30pm to be able to buy your papers and get settled. Charity tickets go on sale about 4:30pm Would be nice to see you there I hope you can make it.

Hi Folks. Monday night January 5th and I am already thinking about Thursday night bingo at Lexington Lions Club. The progressive didn’t go last week and I was so close but there is still a chance for me this Thursday. LOL unless you think you might win. Last week was great we had 7 charity games. I don’t know if you realize it but that is one way that the Lions get their money to continue their charity work in Lexington and Croswell and surrounding area. We don’t make money off the papers you buy to play bingo that money goes to your winnings but it is the charity tickets that you buy we get a small profit from so please keep buying those tickets. We are so glad that you enjoyed the little treats we had for you last week it seemed to be the best way for us to say thank you for supporting Lexington Lions Club Bingo. Hope you can all make it this week remember doors open at 4pm and Bingo begins at 6pm but you must have your papers bought before the first ball is called so I would suggest that you get there by 5:30pm to make sure you are not turned away. See you Thursday.

Hi Folks. Can you believe that it’s December 15th already. Where did the days go. My friends were just saying “I can’t believe that it’s December already “ and here it is the middle of December and most importantly we only have this week to play BINGO. That’s right only this Thursday because next week it is Christmas Day and no bingo on that day and the following week it is New Year’s Day The Lions are having bingo on January 2nd now that is a Friday and it is only a one time thing we will be going back to Thursdays on January 8. No big mega bingo on the 2nd just regular bingo. Hope you all can come and enjoy the fellowship and meet some new friends. Our doors open at 4 pm bring something to eat for your dinner and we will have some desserts there along with coffee and pop. Regular bingo begins at 6 pm so remember to get there by 5:30 to get your supplies.

Hi folks. Can you believe that it is December 1st already. I don’t know about you, but it just seems that this year has flown by and I am not ready for 2026. Now I know that we still have all of December yet, but those days are filled with dinners with friends and preparations for get togethers with family to say nothing of the excitement if you have young children in your house. There are some people that are not as lucky as others and don’t have anyone close by to share this last part of the year with and that is one of the things that Lexington Lions hopes that having our bingos on Thursday nights helps you enjoy some time with your family and friends. We will be having bingo on December 4th and December 11th and December 18th. As usual our doors will open at 4pm and Bingo begins at 6pm. We hope to see you all.

11/25/2025

Hi Folks. Are you all prepared for Thursday or are you still running around picking up last minute stuff for your family and guests. See now if it was going to be a normal Thursday night you would be thinking about relaxing and going to bingo on Thursday. The Lexington Lions Club wants to remind everyone that there will not be bingo this week because we also are running around getting last minute stuff. We hope you all have a wonderful time with family and friends and we will see you all on December 4th. Doors will open at 4pm and bingo begins at the new time of 6pm.

Our doors open at 4pm and our new starting time for bingo is 6Pm Remember that you must have your bingo paper bought by the first ball is drawn. We play 18 games and if you buy the minimum amount of paper for those games it will cost you approximately $25. Michigan Progressive this week is at 52 numbers. The charity tickets go on sale at approximately 4:30pm. We only have desserts and drinks for sale so be sure you eat before you come or bring it in with you.
REMEMBER NEW STARTING TIME IS 6PM

Hi Folks. It is Monday evening September 1st. I hope you all have had a wonderful Labor Day weekend and didn’t party to hardy. Now it is time to think about what you are going to do on Thursday evening. I know the best place for you is at the Lions bingo trying to win. You will have plenty of opportunities I am going to be picking up extra charity tickets because I know how you love them. I will be getting Bingo Balls Busy Bees and your favorite Milk Money so be sure you bring along a couple of extra dollars so you can get your favorite Charity Tickets. Not sure right new who the caller is going to be but I will get right on it. That brings up the question Do you know of someone that would like to learn to call bingo for us. Carl has been doing a wonderful job but I am sure he would like it to be only a part time position. We really are in desperate need of another one or two callers. It is a paid position and you would be at the hall from 6 pm until about 10:30pm. We will teach you no need to have prior knowledge of the machine. If you are interested or know of someone please let me know. Hope you all get some rest after this busy weekend and I see you all on Thursday evening at the BINGO Remember doors open at 4pm Charity tickets go on sale about 4:30pm and regular bingo begins at 6:30pm but you must have your bingo papers before the first ball is dropped. See you soon.

Hi Folks. It’s Monday evening August 25th and I’m thinking about all of you bingo players. I won’t be able to be at bingo this week a very dear friend has gone to meet her maker and check up on all that have gone before her that’s how Alison was. She was that person that made sure that everyone around was OK. She will be deeply missed.
Also Carol will not be there this Thursday also so I wanted to let everyone know that there will not be any coffee made this week because we won’t have anyone around to clean up the kitchen after bingo. You will be able to get water and pop and chips but that is all for this week. I believe that the Michigan Progressive is at 54 numbers this week and I think the Lucky Seven jackpot still has not been won so remember to tell Sandy that you want in on that jackpot.
I want to say a special thank you-to Carl for stepping into be our caller (don’t know what we would do without you Carl)
Hope you all have a great winning night and I will see you all next week.

Hi Folks July 28th Sorry for posting so late but I got into a great tv series. Have been thinking about Thursdays bingo and thinking it is supposed to be hot so we are going to have strawberry shortcake for the dessert at the bingo. I messaged Carol to warn her but you know first because she hasn’t responded. Ha ha. Michigan Progressive this week will be at 51 numbers. We will have charity tickets and regular bingo. Remember doors open at 4pm charity tickets go on sale about 4:30 pm and regular bingo begins at 6:30 pm but be sure to be there at least 20 minutes ahead of time. Hope you all can make it.
