This is going to be the best year ever. So grateful to have you all as friends and carring you all into 2020 with me. This is the year I get my camper and my children and my book starts selling off the chains and I get my divorce and marry the best thing besides my children to me. This is tge year.

An important new report (three years in the making) has finally been released by The Lancet Commission on Global Mental Health, showing the progress made in recognizing mental health and mental illness as global issues. It was not a celebratory event.
