All alumni from the Kappa Chapter of Phi Kappa Tau are invited to the First Annual Alumni Homecoming Tailgate!

The event will begin at 3 PM on October 12th at our chapter house.
We will have Free food and drink and live music from one of our own .theband !

Brothers -

Answers to a couple of questions for everyone regarding Saturdays Phi Kappa Tau Kappa Chapter Centennial Celebration.

1. Parking. See map below. The house address is 407 Pennsylvania Avenue.

The house on the map has an H on it. All of the parking areas on Columbia, Woodland, and Hilltop Ave have a P.

Parking during the weekend at UK is free and not monitored, so park in any of the lots where there is a P on the map.

2. Attire

This is going to be a party at a fraternity house, with an incredible 80s band. Come casual or business casual, but no need to get dressed up to the 9s. Personally, I’m wearing jeans and a button down.
It’s a party, not a wedding. 😎

3. Times

Meet/great and tours start at the house around 5:30. Food will be served 6:30/7ish. Thumper starts 8/8:30ish. The Keeneland tailgate has been cancelled.

We have until Monday to get everyone signed up for the Centennial Celebration.

Here is a bit of a sneak peek of the new Kappa Chapter house that everyone in attendance will see in person next Saturday. These pictures only represent a small portion of the house and we know everyone who is coming will be blown away and will see why it's going to serve as a great spot for all of our future Kappa Alumni events!

We are now over 150 guests coming back to campus for this event and the Kappa Alumni Centennial Committee has been working overtime to ensure everyone in attendance has a night to remember.

Special Thanks to alumni brothers Russell Ford, Craig Kirkland, and Patrick Keal for all of their time they've dedicated to making this event a huge success.

We have to give final numbers to the caterers by Monday October the 18th, so please make sure you sign up for the event ASAP so we have more than enough food for everyone in attendance.

So far we have 143 Guests Signed Up from numerous decades and another 9 listed as Maybes. We are so excited to see everyone to Celebrate Phi Kappa Tau's 100 years on the University of Kentucky campus, to show you the new Kappa Chapter house, and to reunite our Kappa Alumni group at one of the biggest Phi Tau parties in years!

Brothers, We are little over 5 weeks away from the Phi Tau Centennial Party for the Kappa Chapter at UofK. Please review your schedules and let us know if you will be able to make the party so we can finalize all the planning. So far with have 66 RSVP's but we still haven't heard anything from over 650 guys. This is going to be a great event so hopefully you can attend. If any alumni or Actives are parked at our construction site you are about to be towed. The construction people need to move a drill off our site.
