💙 National Human Trafficking Awareness Day 💙
Each year on January 11th, we recognize National Human Trafficking Awareness Day to shine a light on this critical issue.
The team at Henderson County Health Department joined the effort by wearing blue in support of the Department of Homeland Security’s Blue Campaign—a nationwide initiative to educate the public, law enforcement, and community partners on how to spot the signs of human trafficking and respond appropriately.
If you believe someone may be a victim of human trafficking, help is available:
📞 Call the Tennessee Human Trafficking Hotline: 1-855-558-6484
📱 Text HELP or INFO to “BeFree” (233722)

For more information on human trafficking, please visit https://www.acf.hhs.gov/otip/about/what-is-human-trafficking or https://www.dhs.gov/blue-campaign.
