🔑After you are on the website, select the dates of the block, June 20th-21st
🔑After selecting dates click the “Check Rooms & Rates” button. It will take you to the next page.
🔑Click on “Special Rate” when the box opens up enter “908” in the Group Code box then click on update.
🔑The group page will appear and you can continue making reservations.

You can also reserve your room by calling the reservation line at 1-800-319-7298. Mention McTeggart Irish Dance as the room block.

Reminder: Deadline today (2/2) for transferring Lexington Mini Feis payments to Bluegrass Feis

All registrations for the Lexington Mini-Feis may be transferred to the Bluegrass Feis, scheduled for June 21, 2026, and all payments will be applied in full as credits toward your Bluegrass Feis entry. If you wish to proceed with this option, you must register for the Bluegrass Feis by February 2. After doing so, simply contact [email protected] and request that your prior payment be applied. The Feis Committee will coordinate with FeisWorx to ensure the credit is properly applied.

We regret to announce that the Lexington Mini-Feis has been canceled due to the anticipated impact of Winter Storm Fern. While we are deeply disappointed to make this decision, the safety of our dancers, families, adjudicators, musicians, and volunteers is— and will always remain—our highest priority. We appreciate your patience as we finalized the details surrounding this cancellation and sincerely hope that you and your families are safe and were minimally impacted by the storm.

Although the Lexington Mini-Feis syllabus clearly stated a no-refund-at-any-time-for-any-reason policy, we are incredibly grateful for the strong support shown for our inaugural event. In recognition of that support—and understanding that not all dancers will be able to transfer their entries—we are also offering refunds, less a $15 processing fee per payment. This fee covers the cost associated with processing the refund.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact FeisWorx at [email protected] by end of day Monday, February 2. The original payment amount, less the $15 processing fee per payment, will be credited back to your card. Please note that it may take up to one week after the deadline to process all refunds, and you will receive a confirmation email reflecting the refunded amount.

If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you prefer to have your registration and payments applied to your Bluegrass Feis entry.
