Interesting read on the disappearance of the starter rental! 🤠

America's housing crisis didn't start with the unaffordable starter home. It started with the disappearance of the starter rental. The number of rentals priced under $1,400 fell by 9.3 million units from 2014 to 2024, while units renting for $1,400 or more increased by 11.8 million, according to Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies.
