Welcome!

I have 20 years of experience coaching the Little Hounds 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, and middle school programs. For two of those years, I was the Little Hounds Director. I spent three years as the Head Coach of the Little Hounds. The remaining time my role has been an Assistant Coach. As a player at Paris, I was elected Preseason Top 50 Seniors in 1994. I’ve also had the honor to be inducted into the 2022 Paris High School Football Hall of Fame.
Coaching at the high school level gives me the opportunity to teach student athletes basic life skills, sportsmanship, discipline, and to harness their talents in the classroom and on the field. This is a time where I get to learn from the coaches and players. I’m overwhelmed with joy and excitement to coach at my Alma Mater. I’m looking forward to developing positive relationships with the players, parents, coaches, school, and community.

Coach Michael Jackson Sr.

Lets welcome our linebacker’s coach!

I was born and raised in Paris, Kentucky. Apart of the Paris high school graduating class of 2022. I was the senior class president, and defensive captain of the football team. After graduating high school I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Argentina. Following my mission I started attending Georgetown College to pursue an education in sports psychology. I spent the 2025 spring and fall semesters student coaching under Coach Perin, and the defensive staff.
My wife and daughter and excited for the opportunity to come back to Paris, and to coach under Coach Dumphord. Being able to coach under the same guys that coached me is special. Time to get to work! Go hounds!rs
