One of our most fun Group Exercise events, Les Sampler Launch, is coming on Saturday, April 15th!

Our instructors will release new music, choreography, and routines during our 90's themed Sampler Launch Party!

The fun starts at 9 am and will end around 11:30 am, with classes being about 20 minutes long. Sampler a few or sample them all.

Come dressed in your favorite 90's attire.

Thursday night Combat is back at the Rockbridge Y! Well sorta. We're having a half Body Pump and half Body Combat class. Building muscles and cardio conditioning all in one quick hour. Come give it a try tonight at 5:30pm. See you there!
