Due to work being done in our pedigree database, we will be unable to complete and return any new or pending registry items, including registrations, certifications, transfers, and name changes until October 19th, as we are not able to process them in the office. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work on getting our database back and upgraded!

**You can still mail in or bring stuff to the office. We just won’t be able to give it back to you and complete it until the 19th.

📣Board Meeting Announcement📣

Following the RMHA Board of Directors meeting on October 5, 2026, we are excited to announce that the Association is moving forward with a new pedigree database!

The contract and project work for the new pedigree database will be completed by Mik Fenn and Techworks.

This is an important step toward improving how pedigree information is organized, accessed, and researched for our members and the Rocky Mountain Horse community.

There is still work ahead as we move through the development and transition process, and we look forward to sharing additional details as they become available.

Thank you to our members for your continued support as RMHA continues moving forward while preserving the history and legacy of the Rocky Mountain Horse.
